Paid quickly and my order went through without any issues. I’m usually a bit wary because customer service can be a nightmare if something goes wrong, but thankfully I didn’t have to deal with them at all. Everything was straightforward.

I ordered a few basic bits from primark and to be fair, most of it arrived fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster. That said, one of the tops came in the wrong size, and the socks I ordered were swapped for a different colour. Not a massive issue, but it’s still frustrating when you’re expecting the exact things you picked. Delivery was alright and the prices are definitely good, which is why I ordered in the first place. I did contact support and they were polite enough, basically saying something like, “Sorry about the mix-up, we’ll look into it,” but it felt a bit generic. Overall, I’d probably order again, but they really need to double-check items before sending them out.

As someone who likes to keep things simple and practical, this worked well for me. It’s not anything fancy, but it gets the basic stuff done without much hassle.

I used the search and filters on Primark to look for kids’ clothes it was a total lifesaver. I could narrow everything down by size, colour, and price without endlessly scrolling into the abyss. Found what I needed in just a few minutes. Really handy site and made the whole thing way less of a mission.

Primark is okay overall. My card went through fine, so no issues there, but... I do wish they had more payment options online. Something like PayPal would make things a bit easier. It’s not a huge problem, just a little annoying when you’re used to having more choices

Once they got the item back, the refund was in my account within a couple of days. Much easier than I thought it would be.

Am I the only one who’s had a really frustrating time with Primark customer support? I messaged them about an issue with my order and basically got no proper reply for days. When someone finally did respond, it just felt like a copy-and-paste answer that didn’t actually help with anything. I had to chase them again and still didn’t get it sorted. the support has been really poor.

Some of the clothes are okay for the price, especially if you’re just grabbing basic pieces. But a few things totally lost their shape after washing, which was annoying because it felt like I wasted energy running a load just for them to come out looking worse. I’d say they’re fine for simple everyday stuff, but don’t expect everything to hold up for very long

I checked Primark before heading to the store and the stock info was actually spot on. The size I wanted showed as available online, and sure enough, it was there when I arrived. it saved me a wasted trip, which doesn’t always happen with other shops! Really easy to use and such a handy feature.

I’ve noticed they have more recycled stuff now, and it really makes me feel better about buying here.

It’s handy for a quick browse, though it doesn’t always feel like you’re getting the same choice as you would in store. Not bad overall, just one of those websites where you’re pleasantly surprised when it has what you want.
